Hi, I'm Louise Balm, a registered Midwife offering placenta encapsulation & Hypnobirthing. I am based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. I provide everything you need in a placenta chiller pack, it's really straight forward! I cover Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and some areas of Buckinghamshire.
Currently on day 12 of taking the placenta capsules and i have to say, I feel amazing. I feel they have helped me feel more balanced and present after giving birth. I am so pleased I chose to do placenta encapsulation... my energy levels remained consistent with no naps needed, my hormones were well balanced without experiencing the baby blues. My hair/nails/skin were still good as well. I would definitely do this again if I had another child.
