Local hospitals to me are Stoke Mandeville, Wexham but i do travel around an hour to various hospitals in and outside of London areas, i do cover quite a large area as i do work in these areas for Reflexology, Massage and Doula support.

Hello there, My name is Tracey-Anne , my name is spelt differently ( a very long story), this has really helped me in my 'word of mouth' business over the years. I have lived and worked in the UK for over 25 years now and am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. I have two teenage children Owen and Lilly, who really do keep me on my toes. I work as a Reflexologist, (specialising in Fertility, Pregnancy, Labour and Postnatal), Massage Therapist (Swedish, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and Deep Tissue), Doula Support worker for Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal, Placenta Encapsulator and Teacher training for couples and one to one Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal teaching. I absolutely love what i do and really enjoy meeting new people and helping to make their journeys a truly happy one.

I hope you are well? I am sure Tracey has told you Max was born 16th October. As you may also know, we just moved house so do not have internet access yet and will therefore write a proper reference for Tracey but until then, i just wanted to tell you how amazing she has been for me and my partner Gareth, pre, during and post birth. The level of support and reassurance she provided us has been invaluable and i can quite honestly say that without her, i probably would not have had a natural delivery. Will be in touch soon. I wanted to drop you a very quick email between a zillion different things i am trying to do this morning.

Firstly and by far the most importantly, i wanted to say an enormous thankyou from Leslie and i for all of your help on Wednesday night and Thursday morning. It is certainly true what they say about 'the best laid plans' and when our plans for a straight forward natural birth took a twist we are so grateful that you were around to provide the reflexology, the support, the information, hospital conversation, sweets and from my side in particular, the level head when things all got a bit serious. iI was slightly sceptical at the outset about our need for a doula, but am firmly converted- if you ever need to point a prospective client towards someone, you know where i am!

She has a natural ability to put you at ease and has a true gift when it comes to her reflexology treatment .Her sessions have really helped my tension, muscle aches and stress levels.
