Hi there! My name is Kimberley Knight and I live in Fareham, Hampshire with my partner and two daughters.
Previously a teacher, I set up South Coast Placenta (Originally Placenta Mamas) in 2017 with a vision of providing a high quality, safe, affordable, easy to use placenta remedies service so that any new mama or birthing person wishing to benefit from the nutrients and hormones in their marvellous placenta can, in order to have a positive impact on that precious 'fourth trimester'.

Considering lack of sleep from a newborn and having a 2 year old to run around after, I felt so much more energetic than I anticipated.
My milk came in on day 2 which was sooner than my first baby and my supply has been wonderful.
I have experienced no low mood, tears or anything. The best postnatal gift you can give to yourself or to someone you know expecting a baby. All made even more special by the fact that Kimberley is very attentive and passionate about what she does.
Kimberley is very approachable and makes the process so smooth from first enquiry to delivering the storage bag to collecting the placenta and then we couldn’t quite believe how quickly the pills made their way to me after giving birth so I could start benefitting from them!

I'm going to start off by simply saying - if you're pregnant, you should get your placenta encapsulated.
I can't believe the difference between my recovery this time compared to my previous baby (I'd never even heard of placenta encapsulation for my first!). My bleeding stopped quicker, my milk came in quicker and I've felt so much more 'balanced' emotionally. Everyone tells me how well I look, and they may just well be being nice haha, but I feel so well! The biggest difference has been my energy levels. I had similar complications postpartum to my first, yet I still felt so much better, even with running around after a toddler, and I look back to my recovery the first time and just wish I'd had the capsules then too.
Kimberley made the whole process so incredibly easy, from explaining the pack and providing information, to such a quick turn around collecting the placenta and delivering the capsules.
I am so incredibly grateful to Kimberley, I can't have wished for a better recovery and I hand on heart believe the capsules are responsible for that.
